Project: P2P lending & pawn service

Responsibility:

• Lead the team of developers/architects, deliver highly reliable technology products
• Design and build future state architecture to support new use cases
• Ensure scalable and reusable architecture as well as code quality
• Enhance and improve existing blockchain solutions

Qualification:

Mandatory skills:

• 5+ years of progressive software development/architecture experience is desired
• 5+ years of Java / J2EE architecture experience
• Strong knowledge of Blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, consensus algorithms
• Understanding of blockchain technology, especially Ethereum, Bitcoin, EOS
• Proven understanding of architecture best practices
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (jira)
• Experience with agile and test-driven development
• Fast learner excited to develop new skills
• Excellent communicator who works well in extremely fast-paced team environments
• Good English verbal and written communications skills, able to resolve business issues

Big plus:

• Years of hands-on blockchain experience
• Hands-on experience with any Blockchain platforms (Hyperledger, Ethereum, R3 Corda) (Ethereum is preferred)
• Hands on experience in basic cryptography such as digital signatures, encryption based on asymmetric or symmetric keys, key agreement, etc
• Experience in developing apps that communicate with the Ethereum blockchain
• Experience in developing Ethereum smart contracts written in different programming language such as Pathon, Javascript and Solidity
• Good understanding of various different consensus algorithms used in Bitcoin Blockchain, Ethereum, Byzantine fault-tolerant algorithms including Hyperledger Fabric PBFT algorithm etc
• Knowledge of cryptography, including asymmetric (pub/priv key), symmetric, hash functions, encryption/signatures
• Able to create security architecture for managing the security of Blockchain and related applications
• Experience creating best practices/guidelines for blockchain teams
• Skilled in performance metrics for measuring Blockchain performance
